The Cal Tweed Kemper Profile seeks to capture the sound of a Boogie California Tweed amp! These profiles capture a plethora of Tweed flavors. To replicate the many sizes and wattages of tweed amps that existed in the 1950, We have profiled this amp at 40, 30, 20, 10 and 2 watts. This gives you everything from a roaring Bassman style “BIG” Tweed sound and feel on the 40 watts setting all the way down to a small 10 and 2 watts replicating something like an old champ or nalco style amp. If you are looking for that big tweedy full American clean with big iron dynamics, you will enjoy the 40 watt profiles and if you are looking for a more Tweed deluxe midrangey and squishy feel the 20 watt setting will be preferred.
