1964 AC10 Twin Kemper Profile Pack
Download Now at: https://tonejunkiestore.com The 1964 AC10 Twin Kemper Profile Pack faithfully captures this rare member of the British chime family. Featuring a EF86 driven preamp section, two EL84 producing 10-11 watts into 2 10 inch Alnico Silver Speakers. The AC10 has some of the Chime of its cousins but the 10 inch drivers and unique circuit give it a character all it’s own. Expect to find a beautifully rolled off high end that can Chime on “B” or bright profiles but along with the tight and subdued bass response from the alnico silver 10s is focused in just the right spot. We captured this amp thru several pres to match each channel but all profiles were shot with a Royer 121 and a 1960’s Sure SM545. Profiles include multiple settings and channels like “V” for vibrato channel, “J” for jumper inputs and “B” for a brighter EQ of the normal channel. We tossed in a bunch of pedals that seemed to agree with this amp and at the end of day…This is HW’s new favorite Pack and amp for that matter. It’s a lot of stuff we love about chimey AC style amps with it’s own unique flavor!
