Pitch Chorus Effect
HW and John 2 sit down and check out the Pitch Chorus effect HW dialed into the Kemper. It's a Micro Chorus in front of the amp stack with a traditional CE-1 style analog chorus after the amp stack. Basically it's a deep and rich sounding chorus that is a little more refined than just running a typical CE-1 type chorus in front of the amp.
Kemper Chora Trem Effect

Mouse OD Stomp
HW and Jem sit down and show how you can get varying tones from he Mouse OD. It obviously sounds like a Rat but the really cool thing about the Mouse OD is that with the Kemper we get a mix knob that allows us to pull the mix back a bit and smooth out what it otherwise a pretty aggressive sounding OD. This trick works really well with single coil guitars like a strat because it lets some of that top end character come thru un obstructed.

Definition Control
HW discusses the most powerful control in the Kemper, the definition control. It's more than a high end adjustment, but it definitely does that too. The Definition control inside the Amplifier section of the Kemper is the best place to start when dialing any profile for your guitar.
Pre and Post EQ
Did you know the Kemper allows you to move the position of the EQ block? HW takes a look at the Kemper profiling amps ability to place the EQ block pre amplifier section or post amplifier section. It's a very cool trick and an often overlooked tool to help match profiles and guitars and help you find the best profile for the job.
Cabinet Section
HW talks about two very misunderstood Kemper controls, the clean sense and the distortion sense parameters. It's not an input gain control, instead the clean sense can be used to balance the volume of clean profiles with more distorted profiles. The distortion sense is a global distortion offset that can be used to adjust the amount of breakup across the Kemper when moving between higher and lower output.
Gain Control
The gain control... every guitarist's favorite knob! The Kemper does an amazing job profiling amps but if there is one control in the Kemper that shouldn't be over used, it's the gain control. It has few limitations but understanding what it can do and why it behaves the way it does will help you get the most out of your Kemper.

Thoughts on Kemper EQ
The Kemper is a great studio and live tool, but it's important to understand how the Kemper works, its strength, its weaknesses and what it can do really well. H.W. responds to some questions and gives some thoughts on how to dial in great tones with the Kemper by using the Amplifier parameters before the Kemper EQ stack.
Green Scream Mix
HW check out his favorite Kemper built in OD effect, the Green Scream. It's obviously the Kempers version of Tube screamer but what makes it so versatile is the built in mix control. It's a killer feature that makes the Green Scream very versatile and matches the abilities of the Kemper wonderfully.
Crossover and Ducking
The Kemper gives us a couple very useful parameters over certain effects. Cross over and Ducking as cools ways to dial in effects to create some cool modulation effects. Crossover gives us control over certain frequencies for mod to be applied and ducking allows us to apply the effects based on string attack. Check it out!
Modulated Reverb
Modulated Reverbs are possible with the Kemper, the trick is one little parameter called the Delay+Reverb Balance. HW explains how this parameter lets us apply any effect to just the reverb trails!
Stacking Stomps
Stacking stomp boxes is a popular way to get tone. We often set up our amps clean and stack dirt boxes on top of each other to get varying levels of gain. Did you know the Kemper can do this too? Lets use the Kemper to stack some stomps!!!
